We are concerned that many public sector employers like Aberdeenshire Council are not managing stress within the workplace which is a health and safety concern for our members.
Dealing with the impact of Covid-19 has been a stress test for the council and has impacted the mental health and wellbeing of our members it is important that your employer understands that morale is extremely low given the workload pressures on frontline staff at this time across the city.
